Sand Blasting

Sand blasting mechanically cleans the frame, fork and carrier prior to powder coating - for optimal paint adherence.

All bicycle parts end up in the machines belly and then you just wait. After that it's off to the paint workshop.

We have our own fantastic sand blaster from the Swedish company Tebeco.
