Wheel assembly

Wheel assembly is an intricate process. Each spoke is fitted to the rim by hand and the machine pre-draws screw-nut. Pilen cykel utilizes a wheel assembly machine from BMD in The Czech Republic.

When the assembly is done the wheel goes to balancing in the balancing machine.
