In the simplest terms, we are an American bicycle distribution company focusing on bringing the finest Scandinavian utility cycles to the States. But, unfortunately for us, it's not that simple or boring. There's a whole new lifestyle behind these types of bikes, and we are here to import that as well.

In mid 2010 we started our company with the sole intention of bringing Christiania bikes from Denmark to the States – hence the name of the company, Boxcycles, But a fantastic responce, coupled with furterh interest from our customers regarding other Scandinavian cycling products prompted us to quickly expand the scope of our new "Nordic bike project".

Pilen bikes, produced just across the Øresund Straights in southern Sweden, are urban workhorses made of the highest quality components, featuring a traditional and classic Swedish design, based on the fabled Swedish military bikes used throughout the first half of the 20th century.
